Community 1st Credit Union is pleased to welcome Julie Burtch as the new Branch Manager at the Richmond Avenue location.
Bringing over 16 years of leadership experience in retail management, Burtch most recently served as a District Manager with Goodwill of Central Iowa. Her passion for team development and delivering exceptional service made her a natural fit for C1st as she begins her journey in the credit union industry.
A lifelong Ottumwa resident, Burtch has built her life and raised her family with her husband of 24 years, and together they have four children and three grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys spending it with her family.
