Road work is scheduled to begin Thursday on a section of T67, also known as Kirkville Road, in Wapello County.
Construction crews will be working on the roadway from Highway 63 North to the Kirkville city limits beginning May 14. Officials say this phase of the project is expected to take about one week to complete, weather permitting.
The road will remain open to traffic during construction, but drivers should expect delays as flaggers and a pilot car will be used to guide vehicles safely through the work zone.
