On July 31st,first responders, alongside the Ottumwa Police and Wapello County Sheriff’s Office, attended to a traffic accident involving two vehicles at the intersection of Rochester Road and Business 63. Fortunately, only minor injuries were reported.
Emergency crews worked diligently at the scene, and traffic was significantly slowed as Wapello County Sheriff’s deputies directed vehicles around the area.
Motorists are advised to exercise caution while navigating this intersection until all emergency personnel have cleared the scene. The safety of everyone involved remains a top priority, and updates will follow as more information becomes available.
