The Dubuque Police Department found a body of a unidentified male in a vehicle located inside the parking ramp,100 W. 4th Street, Dubuque.
The Police Department responded to a call on Thursday around 4:45pm, for a suspicious vehicle, the vehicle has been reported to have been parked there for extended period of time.
Emergency personnel removed the body and transferred the remains to The Iowa Office of State Medical Examiner for a autopsy.
This case is still under investigation.
