Next week and next weekend (the 24th and the 27th), SEISO will be providing two events to the Ottumwa area. I have attached several flyers and marketing tools that I think should be very helpful in deciding what you would want to include, should you decide you are able to put something together for us.
1) A free public recital on Thursday, April 24th, at 7:00 PM, at the First Presbyterian Church (see flyer below) performed by a professional musician who is our 2025 Artist-in-Residence (this person is also performing multiple mini-concerts in several of the Ottumwa public schools the week of the 22nd-25th,at no cost to them).
2) Our very BIG final Masterworks Concert (season finale), which will not only feature our Artist-in-Residence, but ALSO the EBF (Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont) High School Band, as the selected and invited recipient of the Ruth P. Seim Memorial Concert for a Cause for 2025 (they will perform during the intermission of this concert, which begins at 2:00 PM at the BVS, on Sunday, April 27th). This band will include 42 musicians under the direction of Dezirae Fairchild (the EBF band director).
