Last night, in the Ottumwan back yard of Iowa House Representative Hans Wilz, a BBQ “FUN” raiser was held for Hans’ reelection campaign. Food and drinks were served, live music played in the back ground before and after the speeches given by Hans Wilz, Pat Grassley, and Governor Reynolds. The merriment and energy from the speakers flowed into the crowd as cheers and applause concluded each speech. A few jokes were even cracked in the spirt of friendship amongst the fellow lawmakers.
As the event concluded, attendees headed home with a sense of pride in, and hope for the future, of Iowa and the United States. Remember to get out and vote. The election is coming up on November 5th!
