Tuesday, August 13, voting centers across town will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. The primary election will narrow the four candidates down to two for the Special Election which will be held on September 10. The four candidates running (Cyan Bossou, Mitch Niner, Dan Reid, and Kevin Sylvester), are each looking to take the City Council seat occupied by Sandra Pope.
City of Ottumwa voters can choose any ONE voting center below to vote at, regardless of where they live in the city.
North Court Baptist Church – 1411 N. Court St.
Great Prairie AEA 15 – 2814 N. Court Rd.
Wapello County Courthouse – 101 W. 4th St.
Bible Baptist Church – 944 W. Wiliams St.
Life Church – 1957 Albia Rd.
