The Ottumwa Police Department announced last week it launched its K9 program thanks to numerous donations.
Officer Becky Bolin and K9 Ricco (right in picture) along with Officer Mandy Martell and K9 Havoc (left in picture) will be patrolling the streets of Ottumwa to make a positive impact in the city, according to the police department.
