The Ottumwa High School Art Club is inviting local families to enjoy an afternoon of Halloween fun at its upcoming Art Carnival on Friday, October 30.
The carnival will take place from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. in the Ottumwa High School cafeteria. Organizers have been preparing games and activities over the past several weeks, creating a festive event for young ghouls, goblins and art enthusiasts.
Admission options include $5 punch cards, which provide 10 punches, or a $10 unlimited pass. Both options will be available at the door, and attendees will receive a treat bag to collect their goodies. Cash and card payments will be accepted.
Guests are encouraged to wear their favorite Halloween costumes and come ready for an afternoon of creative activities and spooky fun.
Proceeds from the event will support the OHS Art Club’s fundraising efforts for its upcoming Chicago art trip and the purchase of art supplies. The funds will help students continue developing their artistic skills and creating work for both themselves and the community.
The Art Club welcomes the community to join in the Halloween festivities while supporting Ottumwa High School’s young artists.
