The American Legion fish fry is returning to Ottumwa on Friday, October 16, offering a meal for dine-in or carryout.
The fish fry will be held from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., while supplies last, at the American Legion, located at 550 W. Main Street in Ottumwa.
For $13, diners can choose between whole catfish or a catfish fillet. Each meal includes a baked potato or french fries, baked beans, coleslaw and dessert.
The fish fry will take place on the third Friday of each month through April. Everyone is welcome to attend.
