Joe Manley 71 of Bloomfield Iowa passed away on 5-14-2026 at Ridgewood Nursing Home.
He was preceded by death by his mother Harrietta Davis (Smith) of Ottumwa and his father Cecil Manley; and his Brother Cecil Manley.
He had four Daughters; Christina Manley; Of Davenport IA with her 5 children and grandchildren. Ebony Monohon of Frederick, Oklahoma (Wesley Monohon); GrandChildren; Terrelle Monohon; Dallas Monohon; Eugene Monohon. And His other Daughters Summer Terrell, Shamera Page of Ottumwa. His son Joseph Manley of Davenport And other Son Otis.
He will be cremated.
