An Ottumwa man is accused of repeatedly sexually abusing his daughter over the course of three years.
30-year-old Kip Dorey has been charged with second-degree sexual abuse, a Class B felony, and incest, a Class D felony.
According to court records, Dorey committed multiple illicit acts on the minor victim from 2018 through 2021. The child was six to nine years old at the time when the incidents occurred.
A warrant for Dorey’s arrest was issued on July 21st and he was taken into custody on the same day.
Dorey is currently in the Wapello County Jail. His bail has been set at $30,000.
Dorey has been ordered to not have any contact with the victim.
