Thomas Edward Weirather, 76 passed away on September 20, 2026, at River Hills Village, leaving behind a family who deeply loved him and will forever remember his quiet strength and enduring spirit. He was the son of Phyllis and Harold Weirather, who preceded him in death.
Life was not easy for Thomas. He faced many hardships and struggles, yet he met each one with determination and dignity. He never complained and always tried to make his own way, confronting challenges with a steady resilience that spoke louder than words. His strength was never loud or showy — it was humble, unwavering, and deeply admirable.
Thomas found comfort in life’s simpler moments. He was an avid fan of automobile racing and had a special fondness for watching the Weather Channel, staying keenly aware of conditions near and far. He loved sharing weather updates with his brothers and sisters, keeping everyone informed and connected — one of the small but meaningful ways he showed his care for family.
He also enjoyed hunting and farming, pursuits that reflected his appreciation for the outdoors, hard work, and self‑reliance. These interests were more than hobbies; they were expressions of who he was and how he chose to live.

Thomas is survived by Sue (Paul) Merschman, Kristine Smith, Betty Harple, Don Weirather, Steve (Theresa) Weirather, and Victor Weirather. He is also lovingly remembered by many cousins, nieces, and nephews, each of whom held a special place in his heart.
