Authorities are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a Davenport man who has been reported missing.
Thirty-three-year-old Joseph Jackson III was last known to have contact with others on July 26, 2026. He is described as a Black male, standing 6 feet 4 inches tall and weighing approximately 330 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
The Davenport Police Department and the Iowa Missing Person Information Clearinghouse are encouraging anyone who may have seen Jackson or has information about his whereabouts to come forward.
Officials stress that if you believe you have spotted Jackson, do not approach or attempt to intervene. Instead, try to gather helpful details such as the exact location, time of the sighting, any vehicle information, or the direction of travel, and immediately contact law enforcement.
