Jefferson County Conservation is seeking volunteers to help install a new playground at Prairie Ridge Campground at Jefferson County Park, with the project rescheduled for Tuesday, June 23rd after originally being planned for May 19th.
The campground is located near Key Boulevard at Jefferson County Park. Anyone interested in volunteering can call the Jefferson County Conservation office at 641-472-4421.
High school students looking to fulfill their community service graduation requirement are encouraged to get involved — Jefferson County Conservation noted it is a great opportunity to earn those hours.
