Residents in the following cities should be on alert: Albia, Chariton, Grinnell, Knoxville, Osceola, Oskaloosa, Ottumwa, and Pella.
Primary Threats:
- Damaging Winds: Expect scattered damaging winds, with gusts potentially reaching up to 80 mph.
- Large Hail: There’s a likelihood of scattered large hail, with some hailstones possibly exceeding 3.5 inches in diameter.
- Tornadoes: The possibility of one or two tornadoes cannot be ruled out.
