According to the Iowa Department of Corrections, the individual failed to remain in custody following prior convictions and is now considered an escapee. The case is being handled through the Iowa DOC District 7 High Risk Unit based in Davenport, which is leading efforts to locate and apprehend him.
He is described as a white male, approximately 6 feet tall and weighing around 220 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
