Karan Denise Simondale, born on July 21, 1963 in Tyrone, Pennsylvania, peacefully departed this life on March 2, 2026, at the age of 62.
Known for her love of Facebook games and shopping trips with her late mother, Karan was a cherished member of her community in Albia where she made her home after moving from Pennsylvania with her parents. She is survived by one brother, Mike (Tonya) Simondale of Moravia; nieces and nephews, Teri (Bryan) Eastlick, Jake, Seth & Mollie Simdondale, great nieces and nephews, Kennick, Ayden and Lincoln, and best friend Ardys Edwards McGrath. She is preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Simondale, and her mother, Dorothy Simondale.
