DECEMBER 30, 2025 – Mediacom Communications recognized two local employees based out of the Ottumwa Mediacom office, who achieved the company’s top performance rankings for outstanding customer service over the past year.
Nicholas Renfrew earned the highest marks in service performance over the past year, resulting in a National Gold-level Construction Technician of the Year award for excellence in construction. Mediacom has employed him for 11 years.
Darla Reynolds has been a Mediacom employee for 40 years and was presented with a Regional award for outstanding customer service in 2025. She was one of 21 employees nationwide to earn a Regional-level award for exemplary service in 2025.
Companywide, Mediacom employs over 3,000 people, and the award recipients were among 200 employees recognized for performance achievements over the past year.
Award recipients receive a monetary bonus and other employee recognition.
