An Ottumwa woman has been charged with a felony after police say she intentionally rammed a gas pump on Friday.
42-year-old Rhonda Shelton was charged with first-degree criminal mischief, a Class C felony, and reckless driving.
Court records say at 7:40 PM, Shelton deliberately drove into a vehicle and a gas pump at 1001 East Main Street in Ottumwa. Police say it costs $15,000 to replace the damaged pump.
