The 2025 Pella E-Cycle Event will take place on Friday, May 2, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Pella Corporation south parking lot. Hosted annually, this community event provides residents with an accessible and responsible way to dispose of electronic waste.
Electronic waste is among the most challenging and expensive types of material to discard properly. The E-Cycle event focuses specifically on electronics, accepting a wide variety of items including desktop computers, monitors, laptops, DVD players, keyboards, televisions, VCRs, video game consoles, cameras, and cell phones.
Please note: Large household appliances such as refrigerators, washers, and dryers will not be accepted.
All devices collected will be handled by Midwest Electronics, which will ensure the secure erasure of all personal data prior to processing.
Proceeds from the event will be donated to Shenandoah Middle School to support its environmental awareness programs, further reinforcing the community’s commitment to sustainability and education.
