Sex abuse charges were filed against an Ottumwa man involving a 4 year old.
Skyler Englund, 24, of Ottumwa was arrested at his home on a Warrant on May 1st.
Ottumwa Police says the incident happened sometime between Dec. 2023 thru Dec. 2024.
Englund is charged with Sexual Abuse 2nd Degree (Class B Felony) and Neglect or Abandonment of a Dependent Person (Class C Felony)
Englund is currently being held in the Wapello County Jail.
