In celebration of Teacher Appreciation Week—observed this year from Monday, May 5 through Friday, May 9—Moravia Girl Scout Troop 589 will once again show their gratitude to our dedicated educators and first responders.
Continuing the tradition they began last year, the troop will be delivering boxes of Girl Scout cookies to school staff members as a token of appreciation for their hard work and commitment to students. In addition, cookies will be shared with the Moravia Fire & Rescue Department to thank them for their invaluable service to our community.
With just over 60 boxes remaining from their 2025 cookie campaign, the Girl Scouts are excited to brighten the week for local teachers and firefighters with a sweet surprise.
