William Penn University, along with Ottumwa Radio Group, would like to congratulate Davis County Track & Field athlete Blaine Meyer, our 1240 AM/102.7 FM KBIZ Athlete of the Week!
Meyer finished first in the 100 and 200-meter races at the Iowa/Missouri Battle of the Boarder meet in Bloomfield last week. The senior finished the 100 at 11.28 seconds and the 200 at 23.04 seconds.
