William Penn University, along with Ottumwa Radio Group, would like to congratulate Davis County Cross Country runner Connor Garland, our 1240 AM/102.7 FM KBIZ Athlete of the Week!
Garland made the Class 2A State Meet in Fort Dodge for the first time. The freshman battled a knee injury during the final race and ended a great season by crossing the tape with a time of 18.37.9.
Our KBIZ Athlete of the Week feature is made possible thanks to the generosity of William Penn University and the cooperation of our area schools.
