The City of Knoxville has activated two warming shelters for Tuesday due to dangerously cold temperatures.
The shelters will be located at the Knoxville Public Library and the Knoxville Recreation Center which will be open to the public during their normal hours of operation. The Library closes at 8:00 pm tonight and the Rec Center closes at 9.
