According to the City of Ottumwa, a tanker truck rolled over on Highway 63. Traffic has returned to normal.
August 20, according to the City of Ottumwa, a tanker truck rolled over between Dahlonega Road exit and the Pennsylvania Avenue exit on highway 63. Northbound traffic was limited to one lane.
The City says traffic has returned to normal.
