The City of Ottumwa released a reminder regarding sanitation.
August 14, the City reminds citizens that recycling containers and trash should be set out at least three feet apart.
The City states this will ensure that the collection arm can grab and container and ensure it is emptied. Containers may not be collected if the clearance is not met.
