An Ottumwa man was arrested after allegedly stealing personal belongings from a delivery truck.
29-year-old Dillon Sisler was charged with 3rd degree burglary (unoccupied motor vehicle), an aggravated misdemeanor.
On May 26 at 12:16 a.m, court records say Sisler entered an unoccupied delivery truck in the Hyvee parking lot on North Quincy Avenue. Authorities say the security footage showed Sisler taking a backpack and keys from the truck that belonged to the driver.
Police arrested Sisler near Hyvee around the time of the incident.
Sisler was taken the Wapello County Jail. He has a $2,000 bond and his preliminary hearing was waived.
