The City of Ottumwa announced DP Plumbing will be closing the 600 block of Minneopa Avenue beginning Tuesday, May 14, 2024, to repair a private sanitary sewer service.
Work is expected to last two days, weather permitting. Traffic should seek alternate routes during this closure.
