Ottumwa, IA – The 500 block of S. Milner St. will be closed to through traffic beginning Wednesday, February 7, 2024, for utility work being done in conjunction with the new school construction project. Motorists need to seek alternate routes to access the school for pick up and drop off. Work is expected to last a couple of days, weather permitting.
