Ottumwa, Iowa – A diesel fuel clean-up is going on at the entrance to Hwy 63 North on 100th St., just after Pennsylvania Avenue ends. There is no danger to the public, but motorists are advised to avoid the area this morning.
UPDATE: The spill has been cleaned up and the guard rail is being reinstalled. Everything is expected to be returned to normal by 1:00 p.m.
