An Iowa teen was arrested after he allegedly made threats against two Iowa school districts.
According to school officials, the Osage and Wayne school districts went into lockdown early Tuesday morning.
Law enforcement was made aware of online posts made by a 14-year-old juvenile that detailed shooting threats against the two school districts.
The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office found the teen at a residence in rural Wayne County. He was not on school grounds on Tuesday, according to the sheriff’s office.
The juvenile was taken into custody and charged with threat of terrorism, a Class D felony.
