Ottumwa, IA – The Ottumwa Police Department is asking for the publics assistance in locating a missing juvenile.
Cohen is a white male, 14 years old, with blue eyes and brown hair. Cohen is approximately 5 foot 5 inches and 115 pounds. Cohen was last seen wearing a red Adidas sweatshirt, black or gray sweatpants, and blue tie dye Crocks.
