The National Weather Service has issued a tornado watch until 8pm tonight. This watch is in effect for Jefferson, Keokuk, Washington, Benton, Iowa and Johnson. This includes the cities of Fairfield, Sigourney, Washington, Iowa City, Marengo and Vinton.
