A teenager was arrested in connection to a shooting at Casey’s in Monroe County over the weekend.
At 8:47 PM on Saturday, the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call that reported shots fired at the Casey’s in Lovilia. After arriving at the scene, deputies observed bullet holes in the caller’s vehicle, live rounds, and spent shell casings at the scene.
After an investigation, a 17-year-old male was arrested. His identity and the potential charges he faces were not disclosed.
The incident remains under investigation. No injuries were reported.
