Ottumwa, Iowa – Ottumwa Water Works will be closing the intersection of Vine St. and Mill St. beginning Friday morning August 18, 2023 until Sunday August 20, 2023. The closure is being done for the Green St. reconstruction project with the installation of a system control valve. Ottumwa Water Works apologize for any inconvenience and ask motorists to seek alternative routes around the work area.
