Ottumwa, Iowa – Beginning Monday July 10, 2023 both sides of the intersections at Woodland Ave., Mc Lean and Highway 149 will be closed to through traffic. Work is being done for road reconstruction. Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes and to exercise extreme caution when navigating in and around the construction zone. Weather permitting, the closure is expected to last for two weeks.
