Bambi Lynn Youngblood, 55, of Ottumwa, died at 12:12 a.m. September 23, 2022 at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.
She was born March 2, 1967 in Ottumwa to Jerry Lee and Frances L. Spangle.
Growing up in Ottumwa, Bambi had worked for Elliott Oil at the Agency BP Station, at Pella Corp., Tenco Industries, and currently was an associate at Pickwick Early Childhood Center.
She enjoyed crocheting, fishing, mushroom hunting, cooking, baking, watching sports and spending time with her family.
Surviving is a son, Rindy (Lauren) Stalley of Creston, British Columbia; a daughter, Chelsea Reeves (Cliff Garmon) of Ottumwa; four grandchildren, Xavier Reeves, Asyia Welch, Sophia Stalley and Olivia Jean Stalley; a brother, Jeff (Keitha) Spangle of Des Moines; and her dog, Bowser.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and a daughter, Tomi Stalley.
Visitation will be open after 11 a.m. Wednesday, September 28th at Reece Funeral Home with her family present to greet friends from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday. Her body will be cremated after the visitation.
