The evening begins with a social gathering at 5:30 p.m., followed by dinner at 6 p.m. The event will feature wines presented by Thomas A. Mason IV, vice president and general sales manager of Dimitri Wine & Spirits in Davenport.
Chef Seth Simmons has prepared a three-course menu designed to complement each wine.
The evening will begin with a Fennel Citrus Salad with Black Peppercorn Citrus Vinaigrette, paired with a 2023 Cedar Lane Sauvignon Blanc.
The main course will feature Mushroom Madeira Petite Filet served with creamy mashed potatoes and roasted rainbow carrots. The entrée will be paired with a 2023 Truchard Cabernet Sauvignon.
Dessert will be a Black Forest Butter Cake, paired with a 2023 La Storia Cuvee 32.

Wine Pairing Wednesday will be held at Bridge View Center, located at 102 Church Street in Ottumwa.
