Bridge View Center is pleased to announce that its next Wine Pairing Wednesday will be held Wednesday, August 5. Social gathering begins at 5:30 p.m., dinner will be served at 6 p.m. The cost is $60 per person and RSVP is required by Monday, August 3, 12 p.m. Please RSVP to the BVC Administration Office at 641-684-7000 or info@bridgeviewcenter.com. The Bridge View Center is located at 102 Church Street, Ottumwa, Iowa.
Wines are presented by Dimitri Wine & Spirits Vice President & General Sales Manager, Thomas A. Mason IV, from Davenport, Iowa.
The following is Chef Seth Simmons’ planned three course menu:
Starter
· Heirloom Peach Summer Salad. Paired with Soto del Vicario Go de Godello.
Main Entrée
· Roasted Bone in Duroc Pork with a smoky Roasted Pepper Bourbon Peach Chutney. Paired with Rosenblum Zinfadel.
Dessert
· Peach Cobbler Cheesecake. Paired with Salt of the Earth Flore de Moscato.
