East Vine Street between the U.S. Highway 34 eastbound and westbound on- and off-ramps and North Madison Avenue will be closed beginning Tuesday, July 7, 2026, to allow crews to complete an Ottumwa Water Works water main project.
The closure is expected to remain in place for approximately one week, weather permitting.
Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes during the construction period and should use extra caution when traveling near the work zone.
