A Fairfield teenager accused of killing a Spanish teacher last year requested to have his trial moved out of Jefferson County on Thursday.

The attorneys for Jeremy Goodale, 17, filed a motion for a change of venue.

Willard Miller, the other teen charged with murder, made a similar request in June which was granted by a judge. Miller’s trial will now take place in Council Bluffs.

Both Goodale and Miller have been charged with first-degree murder in connection to the beating death of 66-year-old Nohema Graber.
