Young entrepreneurs will have an opportunity to showcase their creativity and business skills at the Young Makers Market, hosted at Penn Central Mall in Oskaloosa.
The event will provide children with a place to display and sell products they have created, baked, designed or developed through their own small businesses. Offerings may include handmade crafts, artwork, baked goods, lawn care, pet services and other unique business ideas.
Organizers say the goal of the Young Makers Market is to encourage creativity, build confidence and introduce young people to real-world business skills. Participants will have the chance to gain hands-on experience while sharing their talents and ideas with the community.
