The holiday season is quickly approaching and Oskaloosa is getting ready to shine! Oskaloosa Main Street is excited to announce that applications are now available for the annual Lighted Christmas Parade, taking place on Saturday, December 5 at 7:00 p.m.
This year’s parade theme, “Winter Wonderland: Let It Glow – Making Memories That Shine Bright,” will transform downtown Oskaloosa into a festive winter wonderland filled with lights, holiday spirit, and community memories.
Businesses, organizations, groups, families, and community members are invited to join the celebration and help make this year’s parade one to remember. Whether you’re decorating a float, putting together a creative display, or simply bringing some holiday cheer, everyone is encouraged to be part of the festivities.
Parade applications are available on the Mahaska Chamber website or by emailing events@mahaskachamber.org to request an application.
Applications must be submitted by Tuesday, November 10.
