Drivers traveling on Highway 2 in Van Buren County should be aware of road maintenance operations currently underway between County Road V64 and Highway 1, approximately five miles east of the Cantril area, according to the Iowa Department of Transportation.
Work is taking place Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and is expected to continue through September 18th. Motorists should watch for temporary traffic lights in the area. A height limit of 15 feet is also in effect through the construction zone.
