Charles E. Jeffrey, 91, of Des Moines, IA passed away on Wednesday, September 16, 2026 in Des Moines.
Funeral services honoring his life well be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, September 21, 2026 at the Living Hope Bible Church in Eldon, IA with Pastor Mark Clark officiating. Burial will be in the Batavia Cemetery immediately following the service.
Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, September 21, 2026 at the church and will last until the time of service.
