Baking enthusiasts will have the opportunity to show off their favorite sweet creations while supporting a good cause during Sweet Sensations on Saturday, August 29, at Addington Place of Fairfield.
The fundraiser will benefit the Addington Angels Alzheimer’s Team and will feature a baking competition, judging, and an afternoon tasting event.
Baking entries will be accepted from 9 a.m. to noon, with judging scheduled from 1 to 1:30 p.m. The public can then sample the competition entries from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. The event will wrap up with the prize presentation at 4 p.m.
Those who don’t want to compete can still take part in the fun. For $10, guests can enjoy unlimited samples of all the competition entries.
Sweet Sensations will be held at Addington Place of Fairfield, 3000 W. Madison Avenue.
All proceeds will go toward the Addington Angels Alzheimer’s Team.
