Drivers traveling on East Rochester Road should plan for minor delays on Monday, July 13, 2026, as construction crews complete utility work in the area.
Holes will be bored along East Rochester Road between the 3E Building and Oak Meadow Drive, reducing traffic to a single lane while work is underway.
