Visitors planning a trip to The Beach Ottumwa should be aware that the facility’s outdoor water slides are temporarily closed.
In a social media announcement, The Beach Ottumwa said the slides will remain closed until further notice because of mechanical issues. The attraction apologized for the inconvenience and did not provide a timeline for when the slides are expected to reopen.
The remainder of the aquatic facility continues to operate as scheduled unless otherwise announced.
Guests are encouraged to check The Beach Ottumwa’s official social media pages for updates on repairs and when the outdoor slides will return to service.
